Cirno-tan

I saw the low-hanging fruit, and I took it.

Apparently this is a meme now. So much so, that when I typed "tan_" in the tags, "tan_cirno" came up.
If I understand correctly, it seems kind of strange that Cirno would represent summer in this case. If she represents summer, then who represents winter? Mokou? Utsuho? And what about the other seasons? Aki sisters playable confirmed?

As for the title screen of Touhou 16, Reimu actually looks, kind of... good above the knees, at least. ZUN's quirky art style genuinely comes off as a stylistic choice, rather than a lack of ability. He's come a long way since EoSD Sakuya.
